This is the album sleeve for one of the bands I like, Franz Ferdinand, who, unless you've been living in a cave for the past year or so, you will know are amazing!

 

Music

Alrighty then, this is about the type of music I like. I like Rock n' Roll mainly (the older stuff) but also some newer bands like the Zutons. I'm also into heavy metal- Metallica and KISS! What annoys me is that people say KISS suck 'cos of the make-up. I thought 'Screw the make-up, listen to the music'. bought a cd and thought 'these guys are great!'And here they are! From left to right: Ace Frehley, Peter Criss, Gene SImmons and Paul Stanley. Ace and Peter left in '82, only to be replaced by Vinnie Vincent (replacing Ace) and Eric Carr (for Peter). Eric died on the same day as Freddie Mercury of Cancer.Gene Simmons after doing this cool thing of spitting out his own blood.

Queen. Absolutely legendary band consisting of: Freddie Mercury (vocals and some guitar), Brian May (Guitar), John Deacon (Bass) and Roger Taylor (Drums and vocals). I'm going to see Queen with Paul Rogers@ Hyde Park in July in front block seats (Gold Circle) can't wait as it should be excellent! (Bill and Ted Air Guitar riff thing. Or 'xang'-Cantonese Chinese for 'Excellent'-Waynes World stylee.Freddie Mercury- sheer leagend and best singer ever! One of the best at least.

The Rolling Stones

These guys have been going since the 60's with great songs such as 'Satisfaction (I Can't get no)', 'Miss You' and 'Sympathy for the Devil' I just like that 'cos of the great drum beat at the beginning. Rolling Stones insignia. They have made their own record label using tongue. I saw the Stones @ Twickenham Summer '03. It was the best concert I've been to yet! The (current) Rolling Stones members are: Mick Jagger (Vocals), Keith Richards (Guitar and professinal weed smoker), Ronnie Wood (Guitar and ex-faces with Rod Stewart) and Charlie Watts (drums).
